Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase referrals by cultivating trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and community partners.

- Serve as the primary liaison with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers, delivering engaging educational resources to secure referrals.

- Conduct personalized on-site visits at healthcare facilities, addressing unique needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to streamline assessments, evaluations, and documentation for efficient intakes.

- Partner with the Director of Business Development to set and surpass monthly and quarterly referral and admission goals.
- Provide clear, empathetic guidance on services, financial options, and support resources, fostering trust throughout the decision-making process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or a similar role in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care.
