Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers, delivering engaging educational resources to secure referrals.

• Conduct personalized on-site visits at healthcare facilities, addressing unique needs with professionalism and empathy.

• Partner with the Director of Business Development to set and surpass monthly and quarterly referral and admission goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or a similar role in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care.
