    Location: Health Atlast - Moorpark, CA and West LA (On-Site)

    Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of our patients by offering a wide range of healthcare services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and support two of our locations: Moorpark and West LA.

    Position Summary: The Healthcare Office Manager will be responsible for implementing specific projects and streamlining office operations at both the Moorpark and West LA locations. Reporting directly to Health Atlast Headquarters, this role will provide essential support to the office, patients, and HQ by enhancing efficiency, implementing procedures and policies, and supporting the current staff to ensure smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Execute specific projects as directed by Health Atlast Headquarters.

    Provide general office management and executive support to streamline day-to-day operations.

    Implement training programs to ensure consistency and efficiency across the locations.

    Gather data and documentation for billing and other administrative functions.

    Assist in creating and maintaining office procedures and policies.

    Act as a point of contact for office support and patient interactions, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

    Collaborate with the current staff to improve operational flow and support ongoing initiatives.

    Successfully delegate tasks to the appropriate team members when necessary.

    Travel reliably between the Moorpark and West LA locations as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.

    High attention to detail and aptitude for administrative functions.

    Upbeat, professional personality with a strong customer focus.

    Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates flexibility.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Reliable transportation to travel between both locations.

    Experience working in a multidisciplinary health clinic or similar healthcare setting is a plus but not required.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Hourly pay rate: $19 to $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
