    We are seeking a dynamic Pharmaceutical Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, contracting, onboarding, and business development. As a Pharmaceutical Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our onboarding and maintaining client relationships.

    Moreover, this role serves as a foundation for ongoing development and growth, laying the groundwork for continuous learning and advancement within the organization. By investing in the onboarding process, companies demonstrate their commitment to the success and satisfaction of their employees, ultimately driving retention and organizational success

    Duties:

    • Develop and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires with our client partners

    -Filling forms and applications for insurance information

    • Pharmaceutical contracting
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize client new employees with company policies, procedures, and benefits
    • Provide training and support to new client hires to facilitate their understanding of job responsibilities and expectations
    • Collaborate with client hiring managers to create personalized onboarding plans for each new employee
    • Serve as a point of contact for client new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process
    • Monitor the progress of your accounts' new employees during their initial weeks and provide ongoing support as needed
    • Continuously evaluate and improve the client engagement process based on feedback and best practices

    Skills:

    • Pharmacy background is a BIG plus

    • Preferred Bachelor's or Associates degree

    • Great organizing skills

    -Great Communication skills
