Position Overview

We are hiring Healthcare Recruiters to identify, engage, and place qualified healthcare professionals in open roles across the country. This is a commission-based position, offering the potential for high earnings based on performance. You'll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships, and guiding job seekers through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source & Recruit: Identify and connect with healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and more) through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen & Qualify: Conduct interviews, assess experience and career goals, and match candidates with the right opportunities.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with candidates, providing ongoing support and career guidance.
• Manage the Hiring Process: Guide candidates through the application and interview process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Achieve & Exceed Goals: Meet placement targets and commission milestones to maximize earnings.
