    🚀 What You’ll Do:

    Generate new business by identifying and securing staffing contracts with healthcare facilities

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments, DONs, and procurement teams

    Represent PCS at networking events, facility visits, and community outreach opportunities

    Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure proper fulfillment of client staffing needs

    Track activities, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools and reporting systems

    ✅ What We’re Looking For:

    2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing OR B2B sales in a service-driven industry

    A proven ability to build a book of business and meet or exceed sales targets

    Strong communication and presentation skills—especially with decision-makers

    Familiarity with credentialing and healthcare compliance is a major plus

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursed)

    💰 Compensation & Perks:

    Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 (commensurate with experience)

    Commission: 5%–10% of gross margin from closed deals

    Quarterly Bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets

    IRS-rate mileage reimbursement
