Our client is looking for a Healthcare Sourcer to partner with the internal Talent Acquisition team to help fill various roles such as Director of Nursing, Director of Case Management, and other key positions.

About the client: They are a national network of behavioral health hospitals providing specialized care to individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

• Be located Las Vegas or familiar with the Las Vegas area

• 3+ years of sourcing experience - strong preference for candidates with demonstrated success in healthcare, social services, or a related field

• Creative sourcing techniques

• Strong partnership skills with internal stakeholders
