Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join a thriving audiological clinic in Bonita Springs, FL. This role focuses on improving patients’ hearing health by fitting and dispensing advanced hearing aids, providing compassionate aftercare, and driving practice growth through community engagement and patient education.

Qualifications:
- Education: Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (required).
- Experience: 1+ year in hearing aid fitting, dispensing, and patient aftercare.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in hearing aid technology, troubleshooting, and patient care software.
- Soft Skills: Passion for patient advocacy, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing assessments and recommend personalized amplification solutions.
- Educate patients on hearing aid use, maintenance, and realistic expectations.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to achieve office goals and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on cutting-edge hearing aid technology and accessories.
- Lead community outreach events and marketing campaigns to expand clinic reach.
- Provide compassionate follow-up care to ensure long-term patient success.
