INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit? Are you able to work at home? At Heartland Recycling Services we are experiencing rapid growth and need experienced sales professionals.
Work 35-40 hours per week:
● Answer high volume calls from customers
● Interact with clients via email and phone to close sales
● Negotiate pricing to enable maximum sales volume and profit margins
● Arrange appointments between clients and vendors
● Process orders using Quickbooks, including credit card payments
● Update client, vendor, pricing and contract information in Quickbooks as needed
● Provide Broker and Sales Representative support as needed
● Follow up with customers ensure their satisfaction with our service
PC REQUIREMENTS
● Current and supported MS Windows 10 Operating System, PC or iMac
● Internet Download Speed: 4.0 MBPS
● Internet Upload Speed: 2.0 MBPS
● Wired Internet (with a cable connection)
● Keyboard: Function Keys (F-Keys)
● Wired USB Headset
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
● 5+ years sales experience with proven track record
● 5+ years of customer service experience
● Highly proficient math skills
● Excellent negotiation skills
● Requires a high level of PC knowledge as you will be required to navigate through multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone.
● Mandatory Training: Initial two weeks from 8:30am-4:30pm; thereafter the
schedule is flexible

OUR STORY
Heartland Recycling Services was founded in 2014 by Travis Baker with the goal of establishing Midwest’s finest, most efficient, and eco-friendly dumpster rental company.
Travis’s dream was to provide affordable, creative ways for homeowners and businesses to dispose of their junk in the United States. In addition, Travis has always had a passion for preserving our environment and marveled at the idea of building Kansas’s first fully automated waste-sorting and recycling facility.
Demand for Heartland’s services quickly grew mostly through word-of-mouth – the best marketing a small business can ask for. Junk removal and clean-up began the business, but clients began to ask about junk removal dumpsters and construction dumpsters too.
In 2019, Heartland Recycling Services’ first recycling facility was opened. Travis leased a small building to store his equipment and provide his customers the option to drop off their junk. With the intention of improving his dumpster rental services, Travis also purchased a dumpster delivery vehicle and roll-off dumpsters of various sizes. Instead of improving upon his own dumpster rental services, he decided to improve on the industry as a whole. Since 2019 Travis has expanded the business into 37 states and counting.
