The hours for this role would be Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. We also offer competitive compensation!

Job Responsibilities:

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports
• Check with patients and type up patients charts
• Assist during medical examinations
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a CNA is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
