We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team for Street, Road, Highway and Heavy Civil Construction. The ideal candidate will coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members. The Construction Project Coordinator will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Willing to travel within the Denver Metro Area, Colorado Springs, and Colorado Mountains Area.
We are searching for a Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in concrete construction, earthwork, asphalt pavement, RCP, and however not required experience with Traffic Signals.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare project proposals, scopes of services, and cost estimates for a diverse portfolio of project types.
· Lead interview teams for major project pursuits.
· Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, funding requests, and communication and quality control plans in support of key roadway design projects.
· Oversee the development and completion of complex DOT and urban street projects.
· Manage staff or a project team with responsibility for meeting client expectations.
· Ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have existing client relationships.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
· Regularly market services to current and prospective clients
· Lead technical proposals/presentations
· Recruit roadway and drainage professionals to build the team
· Oversee engineering designs including geometric alignments, profiles, cross-sections, construction, and maintenance of traffic details
· Perform functions such as reviewing and writing reports, workload projections, and other activities that ensure the team knows where to focus their efforts
· Execute production of project requirements to ensure contractual obligations are met
· Coordinate plans, calculations, and specifications amongst multi-disciplined engineering teams
· Quality review project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and to avoid errors and omissions
Procore items include, but are not limited to:
· It is 100% the PM’s responsibility to keep project information up to date and current for the duration of all projects in Procore.
· Manage and input all RFI’s, RFP’s, and Bulletins from start to finish so all questions have been answered.
· Procore items include, but are not limited to:
· Drawings, Job Set Up Specifications, Submittals, RFI’s & RFP, Documents
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role for 10+ years
· In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
· Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, or Primavera
· Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office programs and bidding software.
· Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
· We are seeking an individual with 10+ years of experience in the Civil Construction industry.
· Must have excellent leadership skills, be a strong communicator, and have a “take ownership” attitude.
· Must be willing to travel up to 35% of your time.
· Experience with construction management software such as PROCORE, and Bluebeam a plus

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management a plus
· At least 5 years of experience in a field-related role in transportation, concrete construction, or heavy civil construction.

Work Conditions/Physical Demands
· Employees working in this environment may be subject to evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call emergency shifts.
· Work hours primarily involve 8-hour shifts during weekdays.
· Approximately 90% performed in the field.
· Must always maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on the job site.
