Daly Land Services is a small total site development company. We are doubling in size year over year. We have great operators and great opportunities to grow here. We are looking to add more operators to our crews. This crew will demo any house or warehouse existing, remove all existing site surfaces and utilities. Preform any necessary grade work per the plans. Install new water and sanitary taps, install storm water systems, and install aggregate on site. At this time, we do not do any concrete work. I want to be fully transparent in this ad with hopes of finding the right people that want to come on board and grow with us. This is not a mass excavation company yet! If that is what you are looking for this is not the job for you.

We are looking for skilled operators. Please do not apply if you have never been in excavation equipment. "Forklift certified, does not mean you are a heavy equipment operator."

We are looking for operators proficient on a dozer, able to grade a parking lot or building pad.

Operators skilled to trench pipe for storm water but also be able to dig around existing utilities if we are preforming at tap in the road. We need operators that could finish grade on a skid steer if need be.

We need well rounded operators proficient on several machines! 95% of the time you will not need to get out of the machine, but if your laborer needs an extra hand or whatever it may be, you need to be willing to do so. If you are someone that refuses to ever get out of the seat, this is not the company for you.

We need operators with positive attitudes that are not “hot headed” or short fused. We do not have time for childish or immature behavior. We need operators that can get along with all their crew members, get along with truck drivers and everyone on site. Our current operators can do this, and we need more like them!
