HEIDARI LAW GROUP is a boutique Plaintiff's Employment and Personal Injury law firm with offices in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. We are seeking two full-time SEO Specialist to add to our growing team  in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has a solid track record in lead generating by organic SEO and digital marketing (PPC, Facebook, Instagram,..)  for law firms with high monthly marketing budget.  

JOB DESCRIPTION

The SEO Specialist is part of our in-house marketing team and will provide SEO and digital marketing ranging from Online Reputation Management, website management, pay per click (PPC), and refinements. Strong writing skills are called for able to produce compelling content attractive to both the site visitor, general public audience, and google algorithms.

We are looking for a team player who is a driven and highly motivated, communicative SEO/PPC expert with good attention to detail, strong business sense, and the ability to prioritize projects and timelines.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• SEO and lead generating strategy for long-term success

• Daily monitoring of on-site and off-site SEO factors that impact qualified lead generation across tactics

• Keyword research to ensure we are optimized for competitive positioning

• Online reputation management (ORM) and all channels that affect ORM (esp Yelp, Social, and Reviews)

• Create and maintain SEO project timelines and results (keyword rankings, local rankings, ORM cleanup)

• Outreach and link building, including sponsorships, education, blogs, etc.

• Competitor analysis, industry research, and up-to-date SEO best practice for algorithm and UX/UI changes

• Reporting and analysis using SEO tools and staying abreast of and adopting best technology strongly

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Primarily organic SEO focused expertise

• PPC, Instagram & Facebook 

• Solid understanding of page rendering and SEO scores. 

• UX/UI for SEO and site performance best practice expertise

• LEGAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE or secondarily highly competitive lead generation experience

• Digital Marketing ( PPC, Facebook, ..) : 3 years (Required)

• Reporting Analysis with SEO tools: 3 years (Required)

• Online Reputation Management: 3 years (Required)

• Technical SEO: 3 years (Required)

• UX/UI for SEO best practice: 3 years (Preferred)
