Location: London, OH 43140
Position Overview: The Help Desk Analyst 2 will support video conferencing operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide professional communication across multiple teams. The candidate must have experience with video conferencing tools (Polycom RMX, Resource Manager, endpoints), Microsoft Office 365, and offer analytical and troubleshooting expertise for video endpoints and fiber networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage videoconference requests (over 12,000 annually).
Support multisite videoconferencing networks, including conference room meetings and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences.
Troubleshoot video endpoints and fiber network issues.
Provide support for management’s off-site audio/video activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality of videoconferencing activities.
Report operational and technical issues to managers.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proficiency with Polycom and Cisco video conferencing infrastructure.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 is required.
