    As a Help Desk Analyst at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal users. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient resolution of IT-related issues, enhance user experience, and contribute to the overall functionality of our IT systems.

    __R esponsibilities: __

    • Respond to user inquiries and provide first-level technical support for IT issues
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
    • Assist users in setting up, installing, and configuring computer systems and applications.
    • Offer guidance and training to users on new technologies and software.
    • Log all help desk interactions, categorize issues, and document resolutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user information.
    • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or specialists for further investigation.
    • Collaborate with other IT professionals to address complex technical problems.
    • Support the deployment of software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the availability and uptime of systems.
    • Track and document user support requests using ticketing systems.
    • Provide remote assistance to users, guiding them through problem-solving processes.
    • Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Provide as-needed training sessions to enhance user understanding of IT systems.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • 1 – 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar technical support role.
    • Solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Customer-oriented with a service-focused attitude.
    • Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and techniques.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

    Salary- $45.000 - $55.000 yearly
