    Location: 1101 South Front St., Harrisburg, PA 17104 Duration: Until 06/30/2025 (Possible extensions) Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with potential Saturday work once a quarter

    Job Description: The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support and assistance to end users for hardware, software, and systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, password resets, application support, and escalations to higher-level support. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. The position is primarily phone-based and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

    Requirements:

    1+ years of IT Service Desk and/or Call Center experience

    Experience with call tracking and ticketing software

    Basic knowledge of Active Directory

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 365

    Ability to provide excellent customer service

    Local candidates preferred
