    Job Brief

    This position is primarily responsible for maintaining all the firm’s workstations, providing audio/visual support, and participating in remote trial setups. They will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and networking issues.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting employees with computer issues, troubleshooting PC operating systems and software
    • Moving, setting up and shipping computers, peripherals, and printers
    • Setup new user network accounts (Active Directory, M365, Zendesk)
    • Provide End User Support (Helpdesk) to employees in all offices on software applications used in the firm
    • Prepare and support remote trials “Road Show” equipment
    • Maintain and track inventory for base office
    • Assist with software installations/troubleshooting
    • Participate in on-call rotation with other members in IT Department
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Requirements

    • Windows 10/11 and Office 365 certifications preferred
    • Experience programming in VBA or other programming languages preferred
    • A good understanding of Windows Operating system to include:
    • Making changes to the Windows registry
    • Device drivers
    • TCP/IP Networking configuration
    • Security
    • Networking
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues with mobile devices such as iPhones/iPads and Androids
    • Experience troubleshooting local and network printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues
  • Compensation
    $70,000-$90,000 per year
