Responsibilities:
Continue to develop your technical skills while assisting to troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers and end users
Work in a fast paced environment with a team of skilled technicians to accomplish a common goal
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software and other peripherals devise
Provide superior customer support to staff, faculty, and students
Qualifications:
Help Desk Experience or IT Technical Support Preferred

Ability to build rapport
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Reliable transportation
