Bestica is looking for a Help Desk Support Tier I/II for a government project in San Antonio, TX at Lackland AFB.

PURPOSE

The objective is to ensure the uninterrupted Technical Training of individuals assigned to the 37 Training Group (37 TRG) by providing Information Technology Support Services to both classroom information technology systems and to specific 37 TRG staff.

SCOPE

The scope is for Information Technology Support Services to technical training systems and specific 37 TRG staff. This supports includes but is not limited to system servers, switches, personal computers and laptops, systems connected peripheral devices, printers, scanners, keyboards, hard drives, monitors, etc. Personal Computer Systems may include thin client technology.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• DOD 8570.001 IAT Level I
• 2 years’ experience
• Ability to: Provide Help Desk Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 support for technical assistance, order processing, support of multiple software versions, warranty, and maintenance
• Tier 1 – Basic application software and/or hardware support
• Tier 2 – More complex support on application software and/or hardware Coordinate with unit software manager on all software installations, upgrades, removals
• Ability to obtain a CAC quickly
