Description: Entry-level role in computer/network operations. Provides technical support by applying broad knowledge of systems and services under general supervision. Assists with mainframe operations and related tasks, gaining skills required for advancement to Computer/Network Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume incoming calls.
Assist users with portal navigation, technical issues, and service requests.
Troubleshoot login, browser, and system errors; escalate complex issues.
Provide support for account management (password resets, registration).
Document interactions and monitor system performance.
Collaborate with teams, ensure privacy compliance, and help train new staff.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of data processing systems and basic computer components.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and operate network equipment.
Experience: General knowledge of computer or data processing through education, training, or experience. Completion of an examination process required.
