About the Role:

We are looking for a Helper to join our team. As a Helper, you will play a key role in assisting with the installation of various types of flooring, providing support to our installation team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of work areas for flooring installation

Help install carpet, tile, hardwood, and other types of flooring

Move and lift heavy materials and equipment as needed

Keep work areas clean and organized

Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements:

No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and work hard is a must

Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
