SCHOLASTIC SALES ASSOCIATE

Herff Jones, a Varsity Achievement Brand, is the leading provider of yearbooks an graduation services designed to inspire achievement and elevate the student experience.  Herff Jones’ products include class rings and jewelry, caps and gowns, yearbooks, diplomas, and frames.  Since 1920, our team has worked alongside students, faculty, and staff on campuses nationwide to build stronger school communities and to celebrate student milestones.

The Herff Jones sales office of Mark Hudson, Inc. is seeking a motivated, dependable Sales Associate to service and grow an established sales territory in the Central Indiana high schools.  If you are looking for a unique sales opportunity and you are willing to join a successful sales office as an associate, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A MEMBER OF THE SALES TEAM:

·         Build relationships with existing customers, conduct class meetings with high school students

·         Assist with developing marketing strategies/materials and ultimately service students and parents as the celebrate the student’s achievements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE SALES TEAM:

·         Bachelor’s Degree preferred/Work experience in lieu of degree considered

·         Previous sales experience is preferred but not required

·         Strong customer service skills

·         Territory management skills

·         Effective presentation skills

·         Experience building client relationships

·         Independent, entrepreneurial mindset

·         A passion for helping schools, parents, and students capture and celebrate achievement
