In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will also be responsible for the growth and development of our customer relationships. Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 yearly plus incentives. Responsibilities: • Manage a team of employees by coaching, counseling, and providing direction and feedback to ensure goals are achieved. • Analyze and develop strategies for increasing customer service standards, sales, and overall operations of the business. • Develop and implement plans to improve customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, and profitability. • Monitor the performance of the business by analyzing financial records, market trends, and customer feedback. • Manage all daily activities of the business including staffing, employee relations, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management. Qualifications: • 3+ years of general management experience • Strong customer service and sales capabilities • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work a full time position as determined by seasonal fluctuations • US Work Authorization • Valid driver's license Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
