    Summary of Responsibilities

    As a values-driven, family-owned business focused on long-term success, we offer a dynamic role with significant creative autonomy and a performance-based compensation package, including a competitive salary and bonuses. This role is our primary connection with our customers in their facilities and provides them with local support for our products and processes.

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide on-site technical support to customers using our UV coatings in roller applications, leveraging your expertise in both applications and UV coating technology.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, from shop floor to management, through product presentations and support.
    • Serve as the primary technical contact for our U.S. customers, with a role that's 80-90% technical and 10-20% sales, focusing initially on existing accounts and gradually expanding to new customers as you grow with us.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Successful and adequate training as a paint technician or laboratory technician, wood technician, carpenter or similar.
    • Extensive professional experience in the industrial application of UV-curing coating systems.
    • Sound knowledge of application technologies.
    • Ability to understand basic math and measurements.
    • The role is typically a Mon-Fri schedule. However, you must have the ability to work weekends when needed.
    • Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
    • Posses a valid driving license.
    • You must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
    • Spanish speaking is a plus

     

    Compensation 

    • $70,000 base plus bonus (earning potential of 80K 1st year / 90K in 2nd year). Salary review will take place each year.
    • Monthly stipend for your car provided. Mileage will be reimbursed in addition to this.
    • Paid Vacation (Year 1 -15 Days. Year 2 – 18 Days. Year 3 – 20 Days)
    • Paid Holidays - (7 Days a Year)
    • 3% match retirement plan reimbursement
    • Medical Insurance plan reimbursement.

    $70,000 per year
