Wholesale Customer Service HEY DUDE SHOES - Riverside, CA 92507 $16 - $18 an hour DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage various assigned Key accounts * Complete sales orders through manual order entry as well as EDI processing, continued follow up as well as meeting customers demands. * Communicate with sales representatives, buyers to provide exceptional Customer Service * Track in transit inventory and monitor orders from start through completion under shipping and compliance guidelines. Research and resolve charge backs under vendor compliance guidelines * Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams * Daily reporting to monitor accounts. Weekly account reporting to management * Responsible for the effective on-boarding of new accounts. * Interacts with all levels throughout organization * Able to identify complex problems and finding solutions to address them * Able to prioritize competing tasks and completing in a timely manner * Knowledge of footwear industry * Able to give full attention to customers without interrupting· * Complete Data Entry and order entry for all accounts * Scan and file freight documentation. * Organize and maintain customer files & records. * Utilize WMS for inventory management * EDI management * Sales channel management * Key Account management * Assure Vendor Manuals Compliance Customer Service: * Provides during and post sales support * Main point of contact for key accounts * Knowledge of creating labels through various carriers ex: USPS, Fedex, UPS * Help sales team when needed * Tracks, Traces, and updates shipment data. * Previous invoicing and billing experience is a plus * Knowledge of account/vendor compliance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines and department results * Skilled at providing excellent customer service through assessing their needs and providing a solution * Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently * Goal-oriented, organized team player * Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions * In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * 3 years of Key account experience in consumer or sporting industry preferred * 2 years in account management * EDI experience a plus, and WMS experience preferred * Associates degree or equivalent work experience * Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Google Applications such as Gmail, Google Hangouts, etc. a plus.
