High Caliber Land Company is a growing land development company and is looking for a motivated salesman with real estate knowledge. We have two positions open for Sales Representatives that will have the following responsibilities; Use SMS Marketing to convert prospects into warm leads. Conduct phone interviews to qualify prospects. Set sales appointments for closer. Manage SMS campaigns and classify leads. Manage all leads and sales appointments. Find comparable sales for property values. Cold call prospects. Working Hours: 7:30 - 11:30 MT Monday - Wednesday SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED Sales Real Estate Basic Math Clear English PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES Closer for Company - $35-$45 an hour Acquisitions Manager - $30 - $50 an hour Initial Pay for Sales Representative - $15 an hour while completing onboarding & training. $20 an hour after that. Onboarding/Training - 1 month from hire date. Starting Date - August 1st, 2023
