Job Description: We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with a strong background in residential construction and the ability to lead on-site operations for luxury home projects. You will work closely with the Superintendent, project managers, and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for high-end residential construction projects.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers to ensure quality work.

Ensure projects are executed in compliance with blueprints, specifications, and building codes.

Maintain quality control standards and ensure work meets luxury construction standards.

Monitor job progress, maintain site safety, and enforce safety procedures.

Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and homeowners regarding progress and project requirements.

Assist in scheduling, material management, and resolving on-site issues as they arise.

Keep detailed records of daily activities, progress, and project changes.

Qualifications, but not limited to:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on high-end or custom home projects.

Proven leadership and supervisory experience on a construction site.

Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, practices, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients, trades, and team members.

OSHA certification is a plus.

Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
