Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Security Guard to join our team for the two new towers just North of Bellevue Square. All candidates must have Security experience. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment for the residents of the building and the guests of the hotel. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. You will be watching camera footage as well as walking the site. More on interview......

Responsibilities

Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the buildings

Walking the staircases in each building going down only.

Monitor surveillance cameras

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Qualifications

Guard Card

CPR certified

Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred

High school diploma/GED

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

Ability to operate surveillance equipment

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision
