You will work alongside Kevin Kreutzfeld as his right hand, providing unwavering support in all aspects of his work and responsibilities. You will go “above and beyond” to ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable home-selling or buying experience. Compensation: • Base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 • Paid Time Off • Bonus Potential Responsibilities: • Assist Real Estate Agent (Kevin Kreutzfeld) in reaching all goals and provide support in any tasks needed, including personal items. • Prioritize and complete a daily to-do list to ensure all tasks are handled efficiently. • Prepare and maintain daily Matrix (MLS) Market Reports. • Manage the calendar and scheduling for the agent, ensuring time is optimized. • Update and maintain the CRM database, ensuring it is up-to-date with client information. • Coordinate all pending transactions from contract to close, ensuring clients and/or realtors are kept informed throughout the process. • Regularly communicate with buyers and sellers, providing progress reports and feedback from showings. • Manage all showings, including confirmations, follow-ups, and occasionally conducting showings (including weekends). • Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, including Magazine Ads with IBI Designs, and ensure listings are effectively marketed. • Prepare and manage Weekend Open Houses, Broker’s Open House Events, and coordinate staging, repairs, and home improvements for properties. • Maintain client activity tracking (calls, notes, pop-bys, etc.), ensuring a high level of communication and service. • Prepare and draft legal contracts via AppFiles and DocuSign, ensuring all documents are accurate and signed on time. • Upload and manage listings in MLS, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Oversee the New Listing Checklist process, including scheduling photography, preparing brochures, setting up CRM, and handling third-party vendor accuracy. • Answer all phone calls confidently and provide excellent service. • Create and maintain filing systems for listings, contracts, legal documents, and correspondence, ensuring everything is current and accessible. • Prepare CMA’s, Seller Net Sheets, and Buyer Net Sheets, and assist in preparing pre-listing packages and buyer consultations. • Handle all things buyer-related, including attending inspections, walkthroughs, and closings as needed. • Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and lockboxes are in place for each listing. • Inform the agent of any problems or issues that need to be handled and advise when the agent needs to be involved in negotiations or problem resolution. • Develop and implement systems for contact database management and back-office support, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Be flexible and available to assist the agent with urgent needs, including weekend events, showings, or open houses. Qualifications: • Superior customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset. • 2-3+ years of experience supporting an executive or leader at a high level. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with real estate software such as MLS, Dotloop, DocuSign, Dropbox, and Form Simplicity is a plus. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. • Proactive, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new systems and tools. • Social media and marketing experience is a bonus. • High problem-solving abilities with a focus on discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Comfortable working with strong personalities and adapting to shifting priorities. • Flexible availability to work beyond the traditional 8-5 hours when needed. • This is not a stepping stone for aspiring agents but a long-term career opportunity for someone passionate about operations and client support in the real estate industry.
