Join us as a full-time Executive Assistant from 8 AM to 5 PM, where you’ll be the indispensable right hand to our team leader, Missy Chandler. We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking real estate team member to collaborate closely with our top-performing team leader. The perfect candidate will embody the 3 C’s: Care, Commitment, and Communication, ensuring Missy is always well-prepared and on track. The right fit is someone assertive, organized, detail-driven, ambitious, confident, and results-oriented. Problem-solving and creativity are key. Having a real estate license (or being open to acquiring one) is a plus, enabling you to offer high-level support and reducing the industry learning curve. Compensation: • $75,000 - $85,000 DOE • Paid Time Off • 401(k) After 1 Year of Employment Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support to the executive, both professionally and personally • Manage correspondence, reports, and paperwork requiring executive involvement • Handle team leader calls and oversee email and calendar management (initial coordination with Transaction Manager) • Maintain daily tasks, team documentation, and appointment scheduling with clients and partners • Act as a liaison among the team, clients, lenders, agents, and partners • Schedule one-on-one meetings with team members • Assist with Core Homework data tracking and submission • Ensure prompt distribution of messages (memos, emails, texts, and calls) • Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed • Oversee professional and personal special projects Qualifications: • 5+ years of executive-level support experience. • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • High problem-solving abilities with discretion and confidentiality. • Self-motivated and adaptable to new systems. • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. • Social media and marketing experience is a plus. • Real estate knowledge and license are preferred but not required. • College degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with strong personalities.
