Responsibilities: • Guide potential clients through the initial stages of estate planning, probate, and elder law services. • Connect with prospects during evenings and weekends via phone or email to educate them on our services and schedule consultations with our legal experts. Requirements:- • Must have experience in high-ticket sales closing (selling products valued at $3,000 or more). - • Proficiency in handling common B2C sales objections. - • Available to work on Zoom from 8 am-5 pm EST on Monday - Friday. • Maintain a professional home office setup for virtual meetings. Responsibilities: • Connect with potential clients via warm leads provided by our marketing team • Articulate the value of our services in a compassionate and professional manner • Schedule consultations with our legal team to ensure clients feel supported • Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM system • Collaborate with the team to provide insights on client trends and concerns • Follow up with clients at specific intervals post-case closure to maintain relationships • Track metrics related to lead conversions, referral sources, and key performance indicators • Document the sales process from initial contact to post-service follow-up • Utilize CRM experience with Lawmatics, Salesforce, Keap, Mycase, or CLIO. Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • 3+ years of B2C experience, preferably in high-pressure sales (e.g., timeshares, car sales where you need to overcome objections / "no") • Comfortable with assertive sales tactics and objection handling • Ability to memorize/deliver scripts naturally (acting experience a plus) • Strong extemporaneous speaking skills • Confident and professional demeanor • Located in the Eastern time zone, a boutique law firm handling estate planning matters is looking for the right inside salesperson to join our growing team.
