DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSOCIATE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT: Every day, you'll use analytical and critical thinking skills to engineer solutions that empower our customers to work more accurately and efficiently— the work that you do will have a direct, tangible impact on our clients and their ability to conduct business. You’ll partner directly with customers around the world to design, configure, and implement the HighRadius solution with our client's existing systems, helping solve their biggest pain points related to financial transactions.

This role typically requires up to 40% travel (including possibility of international); however, all travel is on hold and will not be resumed until it is safe to do so (post-COVID).

NOTE: THIS ROLE IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION GEARED TOWARDS UPCOMING COLLEGE GRADUATES WITH AN EXPECTED HIRE DATE OF SPRING OR SUMMER 2021.

TRAINING:

You will go through an eight-week structured training program designed specifically for Associate Functional Consultants, giving you the technical and business acumen you’ll need for a successful career in Consulting and beyond at HighRadius.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or Management with an emphasis on quantitative analysis required
• 3.2 GPA or higher
• Self-motivated individuals with drive to succeed
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
