Job Description
The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and implement solutions that align with our academic and administrative goals. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business operations and technology by gathering requirements, assessing system performance, and delivering insights that drive operational excellence in a college education environment.
- Collaborate with academic leadership, student services, and IT teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for key initiatives.
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of academic processes, including enrollment, registration, course management, and student support services.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet educational and operational needs.
- Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights that support enrollment growth, student retention, and program performance.
- Document current state workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and student outcomes.
- Assist in the selection, implementation, and optimization of education-focused software platforms (e.g., LMS, SIS, CRM).
- Support change management efforts by developing training materials, conducting stakeholder sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, data privacy regulations, and accreditation requirements in all business processes.
