We are seeking an Entry-Level Fashion QA Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for the quality assurance of one of our top clients' products, https://knickey.com/. We are looking to hire as quickly as this week!

SCHEDULE - PAY - LOCATION - CLIENT:

• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday
• Pay: 18.00/hr to start
• Location: 67 34th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To start, you will learn the process of how to conduct quality assurance, packaging the product for the end customer, how to fail items, entering the inventory into the relevant software in the computer, and if needed, communicating directly with the co-founder of our customer regarding questions and managing priority of what to do next daily (pending that there are priority items).
• You will own a portion of our business - you are responsible for maintaining, operating, and ensuring accuracy/quality
• Communicate with the clients (founders of small ecommerce businesses) and internally on when there are questions
• Ensuring inventory levels are accurate
• Will help with Product Returns
• Do misc. tasks that the General Manager asks you to do as needed
• Resolve escalated questions regarding inventory
• Work with the Fulfillment team as needed
• Quotas and Numbers: each QA role needs to complete at least 3 full boxes each day (180 units each). It takes around 2 hours to do a box.
