Position Summary
JMT is seeking a highly motivated individual for our Tampa office who has the desire to lead a mature Highways section in a collaborative and progressive workplace. The selected candidate will be responsible for the Highways practice in the Tampa office including supervising staff and development and execution of a strategic plan. Also responsible for project management including delivering all project objectives for assigned projects including; scope, schedule and budget. They will have experience with the technical side of the practice and the desire to fully understand and execute the business side of the practice including maintaining client relationships, workload management and financial performance, and staff development and growth to continue our tradition of providing high quality products and services.
