Job Description

Hillebrand GORI is seeking talented, experienced inside sales representatives! Responsibilities * Establish and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients. * Prepare, follow up, and archive sales quotes. * Daily management of customer requests by deciding course of action. * Use Salesforce and JF Hillebrand proprietary software by entering quality information for analytical needs. * Work closely with all departments to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. * Coordinate request for proposal (RFP) with overseas offices. * Prepare and analyze statistics to establish business development strategies. * Making phone calls to potential individual importers, freight forwarders, wholesalers using company-provided leads. * Reports to the sales manager regarding objective, planned activities, reviews, and analytics. * Knowledge of logistics industry is preferred, but not required. * Monitor, review, and respond to emails receive from any potential customers. * Follow up with potential customers to encourage new and referral business. * Steady work history and a commitment to start a new career. * Prior sales experience in any industry is required, sales experience in logistics industry is preferred. * Data entry. * Positive attitude and desire to succeed is required. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Strongly preferred: 2+ years in shipping / logistics / supply chain management industry. * Preferred: prior experience in Sales. * Attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. * Preferred: experience using SalesForce.com. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
