Job Description

We are searching for a Recruiter to join our team in Lumberton, NC. At the core, Hire Scene helps employers find the right workers, when and where they need them. Hire Scene is searching for a go-getter that excels in finding the right candidates for our clients. You will be the face of Hire Scene, and in doing so, will represent our company’s culture and brand.

You'll be recruiting, interviewing, and matching candidates to our client's open positions. You will guide them through the entire hiring process, from application to their first day on the job. As a member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible and held accountable, for consistently placing applicants in a timely manner. Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline.
• Interfaces with the Hiring Managers, Human Resources and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains networks within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
• Check-in candidates at their worksite, as needed.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Accompany the sales team on any site tours and presentations.
• Screens and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Executes accurate data capture and timely reporting on key staffing metrics.
• Track time, attendance, and assist with weekly payroll.

Requirements

Technical:

• Demonstrated expertise in generating talent through networking and creative sourcing methods.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Professional:

• Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, administrative, and customer service skills.
• Excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
