    M&A INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (REMOTE LOCATION)

    Recontour aspires to become a leading aggregator of private label ecommerce brands. Founded by seasoned ecommerce operators, Recontour is strategically focused on small ($1.5M in sales) acquisition targets and accelerates their growth across a broad range of high-growth platforms and geographies. Recontour has completed an institutionally-backed Seed Round and is focused on rapidly growing its portfolio and team.

    Acquiring, operating and growing great brands are core to our business model. We are looking for a motivated M&A Integration Specialist, who will lead the onboarding process of new acquired brands and bridge the gap between the acquisition, the operations and growth processes. The role will include coordinating the Acquisitions, Growth and Operations teams through the brand integration process, preparing a brand specific integration plan, coordinating with sellers that integration plan and the handover of the key assets necessary to manage these brands, onboarding the new brand into Recontour’s technology tool stack and ensuring the whole brand onboarding process is completed, before the brand is handed over to the Growth and Operations teams.

    This role provides opportunities to collaborate both with internal and external with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess a combination of project management, analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Be a primary point of contact and liaise between the Seller and internal personnel from the Acquisitions, Growth and Operations teams involved to facilitate timely and smooth integration process
    2. Plan and coordinate brand transition plans, integration plans and checklists across all departments
    3. Facilitate the successful integration of new brands with the company’s internal tools and applications suite
    4. Internalize and execute the process for migrating ownership of ecommerce business assets (e.g., Amazon, Shopify stores, etc.), websites and social media accounts
    5. Support the Acquisition and Integration Team (Analyst and Manager) through brand’s screening and due diligence process and validating the initial assumptions of the growth opportunity specifically under marketing and operations
    6. Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure understanding of the full inventory picture and assess if brand is in a good position from an in-stock perspective
    7. Create sustainable process improvements in the brand integration process which drive year-over-year progress in new brand ramp time
    8. Prepare reports related to integration process such as due diligence findings and transition updates and ensure timely communication to involved parties

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Engineering or related discipline preferred
    2. Excellent project management skills, including ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding goals against demanding deadlines and KPIs
    3. Experience working cross-functionally and/or in matrixed organizations
    4. Proficient analytical skills, supported by outstanding attention to detail
    5. Understanding of branding practices and structure
    6. Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
    7. Team first mentality
