HIREQUEST DIRECT a national company is currently OPENING A NEW OFFICE IN MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA.   We are looking for skilled people to help assist with Staffing and or Admin work. We are looking for people who is skilled in this field

MUST HAVES:

Recruiting/Interviewing Experience, Social Media Skills, Excellent Phone Skills, Sales Background, Stable work history, Above average Micro-soft product skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruiting and Placement for any/all jobs needed by any of our client
• Posting jobs on job boards and social media
• Meet Sales quota and goals weekly
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders
• Build relationships with current clients and employees to increase Service and Sales
• Process, file and manage all employee onboarding
• E-Verify and process all government docs. in a timely manner
• Assist with recruiting when needed
• Social Media growth goals
• Ability to follow directions as given and stay on task until completed
• Keep good records, manage time well
• Goals driven, can work well with little supervision
• Any task given

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
• STAFFING INDUSTRY AND SALES EXPERIENCED PREFERRED
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
• KNOWLEDGE OF STAFFING –TEMPORARY LABOR HELPFUL
• Can undergo a Drug and Background clearance
• Can work any hours or days needed
