Location: South Haven, MI Pay Rate: $17/hr Schedule: Flexible Shifts Available

We are looking for a dedicated Care Lead to oversee care services, support a team of caregivers, and ensure the highest quality of assistance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor direct care staff

Provide hands-on support with personal care and daily activities

Monitor client needs and adjust care plans as necessary

Maintain accurate documentation and communication with families and healthcare providers

Train and guide caregivers to maintain high standards of care
