Qualifications:

Nurses:

Current state nursing license (RN, LPN, or NP).

Strong clinical skills and patient management experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Youth Counselors:

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience). (Preferred not required)

Experience working with youth in a counseling or mentorship role.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Therapists:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.

Valid state licensure to practice as a therapist (LCSW, LPC, etc.).

Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions.
