    Hiring/HR Manager - Comprehensive Home Health Solutions

    Location: Reno, Sparks, and Northern NV areas

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Hiring/HR Manager to join our team. This role combines recruitment with operational support, ensuring our office runs smoothly while attracting and onboarding top talent.     Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the entire recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

    Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create role specifications.

    Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

    Conduct interviews, check references, and make hiring recommendations.

    Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

    Maintain and manage personnel files and ensure HR compliance at all times.

    Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.

    Communicate effectively with administrators, scheduling departments, and employees.

    Assist in preparing for audits, surveys, and compliance checks.

    Reinforce HIPAA compliance and contribute to quality assurance programs.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Hourly rate: $25–$29 per hour, commensurate with experience.

    Bonus structure: Linked to both individual performance and overall company success.

    Qualifications:

    Associate degree preferred.

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.

    Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities.

    Strong telephone and communication skills.

    Ability to manage employee issues and advocate for team members.

    Criminal background check required.
