Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Opportunity in Kentucky

Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) looking to make a meaningful impact? Our client is seeking an experienced SLP to administer assessments, evaluate and treat speech and language disorders, and collaborate with families and caregivers. This role is vital in helping clients achieve their highest level of functioning across various settings in the state of Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive assessments and complete required components for funding sources to support Speech and Language Therapy evaluations.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, oral motor, feeding, swallowing, voice, fluency, articulation, and social communication disorders.
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized treatment goals.
• Coordinate with clinical ABA and PBSS staff on AAC device assessment and implementation as needed.
• Provide services in clients' homes, communities, or clinics as clinically appropriate.
• Prepare and maintain reports, including evaluation reports, individualized treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries.

Qualifications

• Education : Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure : Valid SLP-CCC in Kentucky (KY).
• Certification : Valid driver's license.
