  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding attorneys and support staff for various roles within the employment law firm.
    • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with managers and leadership teams to identify hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop strategies to fulfill critical roles.
    • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other partners for larger recruitment projects.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Organization: Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and hiring timelines to ensure efficient processes.
    • Adaptability: Quickly respond to changing priorities and handle multiple open positions with competing deadlines.
    • Communication: Serve as the point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
