Your Job Responsibilities:

Admissions of new clients to service

90-day Supervisory visits & Quality Assurance Reports

Maintain Infection Control Log

Prepare and update clients' Plan of Care

Quarterly reports/PI reports

Skills check for all new PCA/CNA's

Quarterly chart audits to ensure client charts are in compliance

All other duties assigned by Agency Director
