    Seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager specializing in Condominium Associations to join our team at RGN in Largo, MD. - If you have a strong background in financial management and strategic planning, we invite you to become part of our team. - Your expertise in Condo/HOA Management will play a vital role in shaping our investment strategies. - We offer a competitive salary range between $65,000 - $70,000 and eagerly anticipate your innovative ideas to enhance our clients' financial success. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. • Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence. • Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise. • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client • Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets. • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable. • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Condo and Homeowners' Association Management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • US work authorization. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
