Full-time position on-site at a ~500 Unit residential HOA development in Danbury, CT, comprising several Associations. Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of Homeowner Association under management • Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets, compile monthly financial reporting, perform site inspections, and manage bidding process from specification development through proposal review and recommendations • Attendance at Board of Directors meetings (night meetings) required • Field Unit Owner concerns and responds appropriately • Manage an operating budget and make operational decisions within that budget • Oversee Association contractors and on-site personnel Qualifications: • Candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent personal time management skills • Prior direct HOA experience and a CMCA designation are strongly encouraged Compensation: $85,000
