The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison West - Middleton is now accepting applications for Part-time Guest Service Representatives. The hours for this position are from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm (Saturdays and Sundays)
Job Description:
This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrate a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Responsibilities:
Greet arriving guests, assign rooms, make keys, and collect guest payment and billing information in a friendly and welcoming manner
Ability to work on a computer, answer phone calls, and handle walk-ins for guest reservations, cancellations, check-ins, check-outs, and processing guest’s payment and billing information
Providing outstanding service by listening and handling guests’ needs and requests in a quick and timely manner
Communicate with all departments to ensure a smooth and well-run operation so that each guest has the best experience possible
Acknowledge the guest whenever they enter or leave the hotel
What we are looking for:
Hotel experience preferred but not required
