About Us: At Humbug Holiday Lighting of Sioux Empire, we bring festive cheer to homes and businesses through customized, professional holiday lighting installations. We’re looking for passionate and energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our company, spread holiday joy, and engage with the community in promoting our services.
Job Description: We are seeking outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to serve as Brand Ambassadors for our holiday lighting services. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the company, engaging with potential customers at events, community gatherings, and targeted businesses. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and help generate leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Representation: Attend community events, holiday fairs, and other local activities to promote Humbug Holiday Lighting and engage with attendees.
Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with potential customers (residential and commercial), explaining our services, answering questions, and providing promotional materials.
Lead Generation: Gather contact information from potential clients and pass leads to the sales team for follow-up.
Brand Promotion: Distribute flyers, yard signs, and promotional materials in targeted neighborhoods, commercial targets and at events to increase visibility of our services.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and sales teams to help improve our services and outreach.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public.
Passionate about the holiday season and bringing festive joy to others.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to travel to events and various locations in the Sioux Empire.
Flexible schedule, including the ability to work some evenings and weekends during the holiday season.
Optional: Social media savvy, with experience creating engaging content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
