VERIFICATION LOAN OFFICER

POSITION SUMMARY: You will provide the checks and balances to the sales operations. Analyze each purchase and full disclosure by the sales representative. Review loan documents to determine documents were properly executed. Disclose all documents to new members and answer all their questions in a timely manner.

INCOME POTENTIAL: $40.000-$50,000/YEAR (Salary and commission plus bonus)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to do verification of documents with new Members
• Ability to handle information in a confidential and classified manner
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Provides information for Sales Department when requested
• General office work and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

• Timeshare or Vacation Sales Operations minimum 3 years experience desirable.
• Must be flexible in schedule to work different days in a week and able to adapt to constant change
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional business appearance and positive attitude
• Bilingual in English & Spanish, Required
• Must be organized with attention to detail and self sufficient
• Computer and typing skills in Excel, Word
