If you've done Home Improvement outside sales you know how lucrative it can be and without the multiple months wait to get a decent pay day in fields like real estate, mortgage sales or as a stock broker etc. You can start earning as soon as 2 weeks. If you've never done Home Improvement outside sales. . .you've been missing out. The ideal candidates should have experience as an outside sales representative, outside sales account executive, territory sales or as a territory sales manager. Additional experience from business development or as an outside sales manager will also be considered. Sales experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Our Sales Representatives ONLY go to preset appointments, mostly from inbound calls and meet with perspective customers. There will be absolutely NO COLD CALLING! As a Sales Representative you will never be told or asked to "get your own leads", to knock on doors or pick up a phone to set up your own appointments. They will always be set for you by our marketing team. Your ONLY job is to learn our system and earn orders. Once a project has been sold, our production team will take it from there and manage your project from beginning to end.

No outside sales or construction experience required and to be honest, the less experience you have in the field, the easier you will be to train. Experience may expedite your income but is not necessary. Many of our top Representatives had no prior sales or construction experience. We will train you on the entire process from knocking on the door, assessing the home, presenting the proper recommendations, pricing out the project to earning orders and helping homeowners while you make a very lucrative income. It is not uncommon for a determined Sales Representative to earn $6,000 - 9,000+ a month consistently.

There is no cap on pay. The more determined and driven you are the more you'll earn.
